Rhinoplasty-Otoplasty

Rhinoplasty-Otoplasty

ENT treatment of nose deformities is slightly different from the respective treatment by plastic surgery. Restoration, and even more so, the preservation of proper breathing from the nose is vitally important. The nose is “constructed” for proper breathing and the aesthetic results are excellent since our second concern is that the final result is not glaringly “nose surgery”. In other words, we try to make it unnoticeable that the nose has undergone restructuring.

The post-surgical process includes plaster for one week, as long as swelling of the eyelids last. The procedure is painless and packing remains in place for 6-7 days. The patient stays in the hospital for one day.

Another important concern for children is having ears that stick out. In order to avoid psychological problems, we recommend surgery be performed before they go to Elementary School. The results of otoplasty are very satisfactory.
